A little bit about me...

Originally from Kent, I moved to Wales whilst still in school and have lived and worked here ever since. My initial training was in technical illustration, which I studied for four years, going on to work as an illustrator and graphic designer for a decade before deciding to take a change of direction.

I returned to university to study fine art and have been working and exhibiting both here and abroad since then, returning once again for post graduate study after a three year gap.

I am an avid proponent of the importance of drawing in art, I regularly attend life-drawing sessions and consider this the fundamental basis of my work.

I'm also a big advocate of plain English in art and as you may have noticed - dislike talking about myself in the third person.
